The EOE (Elysium on Earth)
EOE: Elysium on Earth is more than a cyberbar—it’s a two-story powerhouse of sound, neon, and vice at the heart of Cen City’s nightlife. A place where the bored, pampered elite dance with the desperate, where mercs arrive fresh off a job—or looking for the next one. Where the sought-after come to hide or be found. Where degenerates and the posh find common ground—at least for the night.
The ground floor is a swirling sea of lights and movement, packed with gamblers, dancers, and thrill-seekers chasing their next high—whether liquid, digital, or neural. The bar serves highly engineered cocktails tailored to alter mood, sharpen senses, or blur reality entirely. Alongside it, EOE’s gaming hall buzzes with holographic tables and augmented reality wagers.
At the heart of the floor, The Pit dominates the back-center of the bar—a sleek, reinforced arena serving as both a VR battleground and a stage for live entertainment. Whether it’s a high-stakes neural duel, a digital bloodsport, or an unexpected performance, all eyes eventually turn to The Pit.
Beyond the public spectacle, the back rooms offer something even more tempting—implants that unlock abilities you never thought possible and dreams that feel more real than waking life.
Now that's living in style, dream while Shade creates her masterpiece in you.
Above, the second floor hosts EOE’s VIPs (if you have the right token)—a space of hushed conversations, whispered deals, and exclusive games. From their balconies, they watch the chaos below, insulated from the crowd but never far from the action.
Anchored in the top-right corner of EOE is The Other Side of the Moon—a circular display that shifts between two realities. On the bright side, it blooms into a three-dimensional holographic performance space, where robotic dancers move in perfect sync with the club’s pulse. On the dark side, it becomes an opaque screen, cycling through live club feeds, music videos, gaming schedules, and announcements.
From the top center of the second floor, the Gaming Control Center watches over The Pit, monitoring and refereeing the battles below. It could be enclosed—but why? Every inch of The Pit is entertainment, even its administration. The spectacle is just as important as the stakes, and at EOE, nothing stays hidden for long.
On Hype Night, EOE reaches its full intensity—the hushed murmur of holographic table games gives way to the relentless pulse of sound and energy that shakes the foundations of Cen City itself. With a word from Parker, the entire gaming floor transforms into a dance hall. Automated systems whir to life, stowing chairs and tables underground as the music kicks up a hell of a lot more than a notch.
The beat drowns out everything else, and for a few hours, it doesn’t matter who you are outside these walls—inside, everyone is part of the same storm.
